Returns And Refunds Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
inetUSA wants to be sure that all clients always receive the products they order and that they meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. However, despite our best intentions and efforts, sometimes events occur that negatively affect that experience. That is the purpose of the following RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY which applies to all physical items sold on inetUSA.Com.
If you are not fully satisfied with a physical purchase that is not specified as non-returnable, just return it within ten (10) business days of shipment to you from inetUSA.Com and we will happily exchange it for a different item or refund your full purchase price. Please note that this open return policy applies ONLY and SPECIFICALLY to items that are NOT MARKED AS NON-RETURNABLE on the product description or elsewhere displayed during the ordering cycle for the product.
Even if an item is marked as non-returnable on the product detail page it may still be returned within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- The item(s) were were in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) were missing parts or accessories as ordered.
- The item(s) received do not match the item(s) ordered.
All items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
inetUSA May Also Approve Requests For Returns or Refunds For Other Reasons
We realize that there may also be unanticipated and extenuating circumstances that you feel should warrant our consideration for a refund and we'll be happy to consider your request. Just be aware that other than the reasons specified above, we are not obliged or obligated to make any such refund, but if you feel your situation falls into one of the categories below, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to consider your request.
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a product that you previously received a notice of shipment e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, inetUSA may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item prior to taking any additional steps.
- Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. inetUSA recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider. inetUSA.Com ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem almost always arises from a customer's issue with either their browser, firewall, or network.
- Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its consideration for approval of your refund request.
- Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to do their own "due diligence" by taking advantage of the images, descriptions, screen shots, etc, for any product before making a purchase.
